When you place an order we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and payment details. Payment details are processed directly by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
To process and deliver your order, to communicate with you about it, to screen for fraud, to provide customer support, and - where you have opted in - to send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any marketing email.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the business: our ecommerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping carriers and our email provider. Some of these store data outside Australia. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Your rights
You may ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing velrena.contact@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Retention
We keep order records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and other information only as long as we need it.
