We want you to love your Velrena lipstick. If it is not right for you, you may return it within 90 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.

Email velrena.contact@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.
Condition of returned items
For hygiene reasons please return the product in its original packaging. As this is a cosmetic product, a lightly used item is still accepted under our satisfaction guarantee, but items that have been substantially used may be refused.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will let you know and, if approved, refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Return shipping
Return shipping within Australia is free and we will send you a return label. For returns from outside Australia, return postage is at your expense.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
