These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed through this store.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the dispatch confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if the product is out of stock, if the price was listed incorrectly, or if we suspect fraud; in that case we refund you in full.
Prices
All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment providers. We do not store your card details.
Promotions
Promotional prices and bundle offers apply only while they are displayed on the site and cannot be applied retrospectively to past orders. Offers may not be combined unless stated.
Delivery
Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy and are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Cancellation and returns
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing velrena.contact@gmail.com. After dispatch, our Refund Policy applies, including the 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including the right to a refund or replacement for a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
