Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery times
Australia: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. New Zealand: 5 to 10 business days. Rest of the world: 7 to 15 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees; delays can happen with the carrier, in peak periods or at customs.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders delivered within Australia. Costs for other destinations are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
You receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; a second shipping fee may apply.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived 15 business days after dispatch, email velrena.contact@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and replace or refund your order.
Duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside Australia may attract import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
